Jim is a native of the High Country who became a broker in 2010 and was co-owner of a successful agency in Todd, NC before joining Blue Ridge Realty & Investments in 2016. A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, he is a former newspaper journalist who believes every property has a story to be told, every seller has a story that’s worth sharing and every buyer has a story yet to be written. Jim has served as an officer of the High Country Association of REALTORS since 2019 and is currently Immediate Past President. Jim and his wife Lainey reside in Boone with their two wags, Rufus and Puddin.
