Lyn and her husband, Bill, moved to Beech Mountain, NC full-time in 2018 from Saint Augustine, Florida after years of vacationing in the High Country. Working as a team, Lyn and Bill successfully handled over 500 transactions in St Johns, Duval, and Flagler counties in Florida. In 2016, they built a log house on Beech, giving them local experience with the process of building in the area. Lyn herself sold new construction for 20 years in the Charlotte and Hilton Head areas, winning many awards as a top performer. Lyn began her career as a Real Estate Paralegal for a top law firm in Charlotte, handling over 200 closings per year. She is now a certified luxury homes agent. In her free time, Lyn enjoys golf, hiking, yoga, and fine dining.
