As a long-time educator and community member, Jenn brings a caring, people-first approach to real estate in the High Country. Married to Jason Phelps, a Watauga County native and Appalachian State University alumnus, Jenn is proud to call this beautiful mountain community home.
With more than 25 years of experience in special education, Jenn has developed strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills that serve her clients well throughout every step of the real estate process. Her 12 years in network marketing further strengthened her ability to build meaningful relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Jenn and Jason are the proud parents of two children, Colin and Gracyn. When she’s not helping clients find their perfect mountain home, Jenn enjoys spending time with family, exploring local crafts, and cheering on the Mountaineers.
