Yonahlossee Saddle Club was developed as a part of Yonahlossee Resort and Club. This 140 acre community, conveniently located off Poplar Grove Road between Boone and Blowing Rock, offers just 70 single family home sites ranging in size from 1-5 acres.

LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS: Yonahlossee Saddle Club is located off Poplar Grove Road in Watauga County. The Saddle Club is a private, gated community and one would need to be accompanied by a Realtor to gain access to the Saddle Club.
From Boone, travel south on Highway 105. Shortly after the Highland Commons shopping center (with CVS and Ingles), turn left on Poplar Grove Road — just before the Tomato Shack. Follow Poplar Grove Road for approximately 1.5 miles to the entrance to Yonahlossee Saddle Club.
From Blowing Rock, leave Blowing Rock on Highway 221 — also called Yonahlossee Road. Stay on Highway 221 for 1.6 miles. turn right at the sign for the Blue Ridge Parkway and Shulls Mill Road. Travel approximately 30 feet and turn left onto Shulls Mill Road. (One does not get onto the Blue Ridge Parkway.) Stay on Shulls Mill Road for 3 miles. After you pass the entrance to Yonahlossee Resort and Club, take the first right onto Poplar Grove Road. Follow Poplar Grove Road for approximately two miles to the entrance to Yonahlossee Saddle Club.
